As a pragmatic leader, Will excels in understanding complex problems and collaborating with clinicians and staff to devise practical solutions seamlessly integrated into existing workflows. Notably, Will played a key role in establishing the Duke Institute for Health Innovation, where the development of Fullsteam Health’s Data Curation Platform was developed and validated. Additionally, Will's expertise in the field is recognized through his involvement in innovation committees within the Department of Health and Human Services. His approach combines a deep understanding of the business of healthcare, quality improvement, and research.
